Science is discovering the power behind probiotic foods. In general, you are bacteria. You have 9:1 bacteria to human cells. Without healthy bacteria you simply won’t be healthy, your body will age and decay!

Though there’s a lot being discovered about the microorganisms, one thing is for sure, we can do a number of things to keep our bacteria in good shape. Simple healthy living is the key.
